Refund & Return Policy

At undicloth®, we take pride in making bloody good undies right here in Australia, stitched with care, comfort, and conscience. While we back the quality of our gear, we understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds, fair and square.

Change of Mind

Because of hygiene regulations (and let’s be honest, nobody wants second-hand undies), we don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind  even if the packaging is unopened. So please double check your size before checking out!

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something’s arrived damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered – no dramas. Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement.

Just shoot us an email at mail@undicloth.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order, include your order number and a brief description (or photo) of the issue, and we’ll get it sorted quicker than you can say “where’s me undies?”

Returns for Unworn Garments

We offer a 14-day return policy for items that meet the following:

  • They’re unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging are still intact

  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery

Once we receive your item and give it a quick check, we’ll process your refund or store credit. (Please note: return postage is on you unless the item’s faulty.)

How to Get Started

  1. Email us at mail@undicloth.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll confirm if your item is eligible and send return instructions.

  3. Once we receive it and give it the all-clear, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
