At undicloth®, we know you're keen to get your hands on your new undies so we don’t muck around.
Processing Time
We’ll ship your order within 3 business days, but we usually get it out the door sooner (often same day!). Our goal? To get your undies to you before your laundry pile gets too dangerous.
Shipping Details
All orders are shipped via Australia Post, and every parcel comes with tracking so you can follow your undies from our hands to your drawers.
Flat-Rate Shipping (Australia Only)
Standard Shipping (tracked): $8
Express Shipping (tracked): $12
Estimated Delivery Times:
Standard: 3–7 business days
Express: 1–3 business days (location dependent)
International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide!
Standard International Shipping (tracked): $25 AUD flat rate
Estimated Delivery Time: 7–21 business days, depending on your location.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply in their country.
Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t rocked up within the expected timeframe, give it a couple of days, then flick us a message at mail@undicloth.com.au. We’ll track it down faster than you can say “where’s my undies?”
Change of Address
If you’ve accidentally entered the wrong address, let us know straight away! Once it’s shipped, we can’t redirect it so double-check those deets before you hit "Buy Now."
